Perishable products

Bread is a fresh product. An opened, handled, poorly stored or out-of-channel product cannot be automatically returned.

Consumer returns are usually handled by the store where the purchase was made, depending on product condition and context.

02

Quality claims

Visible defects, open packaging, damaged product, missing quantity or suspected quality issues should be reported as early as possible.

A photo, product name, store, date and context may be requested for analysis.

03

Store delivery discrepancies

Partner stores should report discrepancies at receiving or within the agreed operational window.

Drivers may record shortfalls, photo proof and reasons so administration can process the exception.

04

Credits and replacement

Depending on analysis, Pain Express may offer replacement, operational credit, invoice correction or no compensation if conditions are not met.

Decisions consider traceability, proof, reporting delay and identified responsibility.

05

Exclusions

Late claims, products stored outside normal conditions, consumed products or insufficient proof may be refused.
