01

Areas and delivery slots

Deliveries are planned by city, neighborhood, partner bakery and delivery slot.

Slots may change depending on demand, production, traffic, driver availability and operational constraints.

02

Delivery to stores

Orders are prepared, packed, grouped by route and delivered to partner minimarkets or neighborhood stores.

Drivers may use route controls, QR checks, quantity checks and proof capture to secure the handover.

03

Consumer availability

Consumers buy Pain Express products from stores shown by the locator.

A listed store does not guarantee that every product is available at every moment.

04

Delays and exceptions

Delays may happen because of production, traffic, stock shortage, route incidents or quality exceptions.

Operations teams monitor blockers through Autopilot, live map, exceptions and delivery proof.

05

Receiving goods

Partner stores should check received quantities, report discrepancies quickly and keep proof when requested.
