Track driver routes during active shifts to coordinate deliveries, handle incidents, support driver safety and assist operations support.

Data may be accessed by authorized Pain Express teams, including administration, sales, dispatch and operations support.

Live driver location is visible only to authorized administrators for delivery operations. It is not sold.

Commercial requests are kept as long as needed for sales and administration follow-up. Driver positions are kept according to the retention period configured by Pain Express.

You can refuse public-site geolocation and search by city or neighborhood instead.

Drivers can deny or block location permission in device settings, but some shift and operational safety features may then be limited.

Driver tracking is limited to active shifts and stops after clock-out, logout or account deactivation.

External advertising pixels are loaded only when public analytics is enabled in Pain Express settings.
